  • The group participant list must be received by 5:00 PM CST on the Early Registration Deadline.
  • Email the group participant list to ed@nisod.org.
  • All group participants must be provided in the same list in order to receive the applicable group discount. The group participant list must include the following information:
    • The name of the primary contact person in case questions arise.
    • A list of all group participants.
      • Full first and last names
      • Titles
      • Departments
      • Email addresses
    • The amount due for each individual and the group grand total.
  • Registrations submitted separately from the group participant list will be processed as individual registrations and will not be eligible for the group discount.
  • After receiving and approving the group participant list, the primary contact person will be provided with a Group Discount Code along with instructions about how group participants are to use the code.
  • The discount code will be capped to process only the number of registrants included on the approved group participant list.
  • Each registrant will receive an individual confirmation email.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to ed@nisod.org. If cancellations bring the group size down to a lower discount percentage, the college will be billed the difference between (1) the discount already approved and the appropriate new level and (2) the registration rate in effect at the time of the cancellation(s).
  • NISOD will allow name changes/substitutions, including those made onsite, without penalty, provided the number of participants included on the approved group list remains the same.
  • If a group participant does not attend the workshop and did not cancel their registration, but have paid the registration fee, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Regional Workshops supplement NISOD’s offerings of professional development programs and resources, which culminate with NISOD’s Annual International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence held every Memorial Day weekend in Austin, Texas. NISOD’s annual conference is noted as the premier convening of community and technical college faculty, administrators, and staff who strive for excellence in leadership, teaching, and learning. For more information about NISOD’s conference or to register, visit www.nisod.org/conference.
