How many years has Bossier Parish Community College been a NISOD Member?
Bossier Parish Community College has been a NISOD member for over 13 years!

Why is Bossier Parish Community College a NISOD Member?
Bossier Parish Community College must respond quickly and efficiently to its evolving community needs. NISOD functions similarly for BPCC; the organization delivers timely research and professional development resources that target the opportunities and challenges of most concern for two-year institutions.

NISOD also offers the benefit of bringing workshops to college campuses. Bossier Parish Community College is hosting the NISOD Regional Workshop, Teaching Critical Thinking, on February 22, 2019, so that not only our faculty, but also other institutions in the region can benefit from practical teaching and learning applications.

Which NISOD benefits does Bossier Parish Community College utilize the most and how?
NISOD’s virtual offerings are especially helpful to BPCC’s faculty and staff, as many of their schedules do not allow for attending onsite professional development. NISOD helps BPCC efficiently scale professional development across campus so all BPCC personnel can access on-demand and scheduled webinars.
