NISOD Announces 2024 Student Graphic Design Winner
Austin, Texas, April 9, 2024 – The National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) announced that Dashawn Rustin, a student at College of Southern Maryland, is the winner of the 2024 Student Graphic Design Contest.
As the winning student artist, Dashawn receives $1,000 and five poster-size copies of her design. Additionally, NISOD will showcase Dashawn’s winning design on all promotional materials related to NISOD’s 2025 conference, including the front cover of the conference program. Dashawn’s college receives a complimentary 2024-2025 NISOD membership.
“There were so many great entries submitted for this year’s Student Graphic Design Contest,” said Edward J. Leach, NISOD’s executive director. “We applaud all of the students for their creativity and thank them for helping us raise awareness of our annual conference.”
